"Excellent service and a real bargain. The shoes had been reduced to approx £70. Humphries suggested I should not buy this (last) pair as they were "faded", but they reduced them further to approx £40. If the shoes are faded, then they are evenly faded; the left and right shoes are 99% identical, and will improve with polishing. Excellent bargain for approx £43 inc postage rather than £100+. Also excellent personal service by email."
