Delivery and Returns


FREE DELIVERY on selected items

If any item within your order contains the FREE DELIVERY sticker, then your entire order will qualify for FREE UK Tracked Standard Delivery. Delivery can also be upgraded at a discounted rate.

UK Delivery

* Applies to orders dispatched the same day.


We aim to dispatch all orders the same day. However, at busy times, we aim to have your order dispatched within 24 hours. Dispatch times at weekends and bank holidays may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Collect in Store

You may choose to collect your order from any of our stores, for FREE. If you select Collect in Store, just pop in on your selected collection date and quote your order number at the desk.


International Delivery

Unfortunately we do not currently have the facility to accept orders directly online to customers outside of the UK. We hope this is something we can offer in the future.

We may still be able to accommodate your order though. Just Contact Us and fill out an enquiry form and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Additional Information

You will receive an SMS and email notification from Royal Mail on the morning of the day your order is to be delivered.

All delivery times given are estimates. During busy times of the year, i.e. Christmas, delivery times may be longer.


Returning your item(s)

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to exchange your item for an alternative or refund you. All we ask is that you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt.

All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

When returning your item(s) for either an exchange or refund, be sure to fill out the returns form provided so we know how to process your return when we receive it.

Additional Information

If an item is returned from an order which qualified for a Promotion, you may only receive a partial refund if the Promotion no longer applies. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for any worn or used items unless they are faulty.


Faulty Returns

We take quality seriously at Humphries Shoes. Despite our regular quality checks, faults may go unnoticed. If you believe your item is faulty, please Contact Us first. It is likely we will need to see the item in person before we can deal with your request, you will be advised if this is the case.

In Store

Returns made to our stores are FREE. To return your item(s) in store, simply bring the item(s) you would like to return to one of our stores along with your returns form.
