Delivery


Collect in Store

You may choose to collect your order from any of our stores, for FREE. Just pop into store and quote your name and order number at the desk.

Collections may not be available until 14:00 on your chosen day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to collect.

 

UK & Channel Islands

If your order contains any item with the FREE UK DELIVERY sticker, then your entire order will qualify for FREE delivery with Royal Mail. Delivery can also be upgraded to our Tracked Premium option at a reduced rate.

We also offer a Next Working Day service with DPD which will deliver the following working day (Mon - Fri) from despatch.

International

International delivery with DHL. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout and depend on the destination country and number of pairs being shipped.

 

 

 

Despatch

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 14:00 the same working day. However, at busy times, we aim to have your order despatched within 24 hours. Despatch times at weekends and bank holidays may be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been despatched.

 

Royal Mail

Our Tracked Standard & Tracked Premium services are the equivalent of Royal Mail 2nd Class & Royal Mail 1st Class services, respectively. Customers will receive an SMS and email notification from Royal Mail on the morning of the day your order is to be delivered.

Royal Mail "aim to deliver 98% of 2nd Class items within three working days of posting" and "aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting".

All delivery times given are estimates. During busy times of the year, i.e. Christmas, delivery times may be longer.

DPD

The service used is DPD's Next Working Day service for parcel delivery in the UK before close of business the following working day. Customers will be able to track their parcel in real time directly with DPD and will receive a 1 hour timeslot for their delivery

DHL (International)

We use the DHL Express Worldwide service for all customers outside of the UK. This service delivers to over 220 countries and all stages of movement can be seen through DHL's tracking.

Orders placed will have any VAT removed at the checkout. Childrens footwear in the UK are not subject to VAT.

Humphries Shoes are not responsible for customs, duty or admin charges made by a destination country. Orders will be declared to customs at order value. For more infromation about import charges, please contact the customs office for your country.

Returns


Returning your item(s)

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to exchange your item for an alternative or refund you. All we ask is that you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt.

All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

When returning your item(s) for either an exchange or refund, be sure to fill out the returns form provided so we know how to process your return when we receive it.


Additional Information

If an item is returned from an order which qualified for a Promotion, you may only receive a partial refund if the Promotion no longer applies.

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund for any worn or used items unless they are faulty.

We must ask that you check your delivery on receipt and, if you believe you have received an incorrect delivery or the product is not in perfect condition we must ask that you do not use the items and contact us as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Faulty Returns

We take quality seriously at Humphries Shoes. Despite our regular quality checks, faults may go unnoticed. If you believe your item is faulty, please Contact Us first. It is likely we will need to see the item in person before we can deal with your request, you will be advised if this is the case.

Royal Mail UK Tracked Returns

Please write your return address on the bottom of the the Prepaid Returns Label provided. Simply pack the shoes up securely and attach this to the outside (DO NOT tape over the label). You’ll then need to take the parcel to your local post office - you must obtain proof of postage with the tracking number.

Size & Weight - Your parcel must not exceed 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size or 20KG in weight. We will provide multiple labels if this is the case.

This is not a free return label and £2.50 per label will be deducted from your refund.

One exchange per order is free.

Prepaid Returns Label for UK & Channel Islands customers only. International Customers, please see below.

In Store

Returns made to our stores are FREE. To return your item(s) in store, simply bring the item(s) you would like to return to one of our stores along with your returns form.

International

We regret that we cannot reimburse charges incurred when returning items.


 

Missing parcels


It’s very rare for parcels to go missing, but we understand these things do happen and we’re here to help.

 

Track your order

The first thing to do is track your order. Please select the relevant service (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL) to track your order and enter the tracking number included in your despatch email. Alternatively, you can track your order directly from your despatch email.

 

Marked as delivered?

If your order has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please Contact Us.

It may be the case this has been marked as delivered by mistake and will often be delivered in the next couple of days.

Please can you confirm the following:

1. Your delivery address

2. No card has been left

3. They have not been left with a neighbour

Upon receiving this information, we will open an investigation with the courier service to locate the whereabouts of your parcel. Please note this can take up to several working days.

We will ensure that you receive your order.

 

In transit?

UK & Channel Islands

If your order is still in transit, please allow 7 working days from your due delivery date for your order to make its way through the relevant network and to be delivered. Delays can be caused by a number of reasons including, but not limited to; busy times of the year and adverse weather conditions.

If 7 working days have passed since your due delivery date, please Contact Us.

We will ensure that you receive your order.

International

If your order is still in transit, please allow up to 20 working days (25 working days outside of Europe) from your due delivery date for your order to make its way through the DHL network and to be delivered. Delays can be caused by a number of reasons including, but not limited to; unforeseen delays to imports at destination country, busy times of the year and adverse weather conditions.
