"Excellent service from Humphries shoes. The size I ordered was too big (my mistake) but there was a returns label in the box, so I was able to send for a replacement straight away. There was also an offer for a refund, but my replacement pair arrived safely a few days later. Humphries Staff were very helpful and friendly when I called them about my mistake. Very pleased."

"These walking shoes are comfortable from the word Go. No need to break them in as they are really supple and these being the second pair I have owned speaks for itself! My only small criticism would be that the soles are slightly soft thus the tread does wear down fairly quickly."
