"Excellent service from Humphries as usual, and the shoes at a competitive market price. A size guide is available on their website. Continual sizes are a bit ambiguous for Size 7. I ordered a 41 which is actually a bit large. However, I have not tried the 40, which is equivalent to 6 ½ . I think that might be a bit tight. I am happy with the 41, and have added in an extra sole liner and heel guards. It is still a bit over size, but I am happy with that as the shoes are brilliant! They have a built in rebound system that makes them feel a bit like a trainer, a bit bouncy. I already have a walking shoe of the same brand (Exmoor shoe) in a 41, and those were my only shoe for the last 5 years.or more - I am on my third pair! They are fine in a 41. I have bought the Airwalker shoes as a replacement for everyday use as they are lighter as I am now 75! Love the brand, they are great."
