"I have bought this boots and returned because I have made a mistake and I wanted to buy a purple colour but not very shiny. After I returned it, Humphries Shoes company notified me shouting receiving it. There was no size left for replacement of another type of boots and I asked for refund. I have received the refund in no time and the costumer service was absolutely outstanding and very caring.. I will keep eye on the products here because you can never ever get better service anywhere on the planet snd the items are so beautiful and top quality. Million thanks for Humphries Shoes "
