"Really lovely shoes couldn't get them at clarks but available at humphries, arrived early. Minor. Mark inside so they informed me off this prior to delivery and offered a discount or refund. Which is considerate very happy with the item and customer service. Only issue I would like humphries to sell shoe repair polish. I had to drive to clarks to get the repair kit. "
