"Warm, and flexible, these country boots are ideal for dog walking, even hiking longer distances in rain/mud, on flat land. They didn't stand the 'completely waterproof' test when I stood in the pond to sift out the leaves, but then, they are not meant to be 'River boots' just generally waterproof on walks. Haven't tried removng the footbed yet, but have heard you can do this. Pleased with how they keep up at the leg/knee, they should fit most calf sizes as uite generous, while not being 'baggy' like some wellies. The vegan 'suede' panel looks authentic without the cruelty and they are generally a blissfully comfortable and functional boot to wear in muddy fields or across country. Rinse down mud in the shower and you don't have to worry about how water would affect rea suede, but they look just as good."
