"My boots arrived quickly and are perfect. I buy a variation of the Orinoco boots every few years because they're comfortable, look great and are closely fitted to the ankle. This isn't a given with short boots - often they're much too wide at the top. "

"For years I have struggled to find shoes for my daughter, whose feet are long and narrow. So I was delighted to see that the Orinoco was not only available in a size 9, but with the option of two width fittings. I ordered these online. She took one look and said she wouldn't wear them as she thought they looked masculine. The next day we persuaded her to try them on. They were comfortable and didn't look big and she liked he fact that they made her an inch taller. Finally my daughter has something other than trainers."

"I absolutely love these boots - so warm and comfortable and, with my arthritic hands, very easy to get on and off with the side zip - perfect for the autumn and winter and the tan leather looks great with everything. I was delighted to find them available via Humphries Shoes as couldn't get a size 7 elsewhere. They arrived promptly as promised. I went for the wide fit having read a very helpful earlier review that said they tend to be a bit on the narrow side and although I don't have wide feet I'm glad I did as the standard fit would have been too narrow. Unless you have very narrow feet I would recommend the wide fit option."
