"First size I ordered was a little small, so we returned them, we opted for another shoe, as the ones I had ordered were out of stock in the larger size. My granddaughter loved them for her first day back to school. The whole process was so simple, and no additional costs for the replacement shoes, nor extra delivery charges. The customer service from this store, is second to none, and their prices a lot cheaper than their competitors, for exactly the same designer shoes. Will definitely but from this website again.
