The Payment Process

  • Page 2 - where you enter your payment details, confirm you order details, print transfer or cheque details or be redirected to your bank to complete a payment.

Please check the description and amount of your goods or services, and select a currency.

Click on your payment method - Click on the logo of your debit card, credit card or other payment method. If your payment method is not displayed here you may wish to choose another.

Cancel - This button will completely cancel your transaction. As you have not yet entered any card details, please be assured that you will not be charged for the goods or services listed on this page. At this stage you may wish to return to our store to review your purchase.

Card Details - This section deals with all your card or payment details, including your card number and card expiry date. The security code, which is printed on most cards, is the three or four digit number on the back of your card.

Cardholder Details -  In this section you need to supply your billing address which must match the address held by your card issuer. In addition to your Billing Address you will also be asked to supply a Telephone number, Fax number and Email address. (This information will automatically be populated with your details entered at the checkout).

Security

WorldPay recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So they use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. In reality, an online purchase is probably more secure than a card transaction conducted in a shop, over the telephone or by fax - because WorldPay ensure that your online purchase details are encrypted using complex logarithm methods.

Privacy

You should be assured that the information you provide during an online transaction is treated confidentially, and not disclosed to a third party. WorldPay have adopted a set of guidelines to protect our users' privacy, which comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. A summary of guidelines is as follows:

  • WorldPay do not provide or sell your details to third parties unless you have specifically requested that we do so, in order that these advertisers and/or third parties can offer you information, goods and services that may be of interest to you.
  • WorldPay reserve the right to disclose information about member usage and demographics to advertisers and partners, but in anonymous aggregate form only.
  • WorldPay contacts users by email with updates about their websites and their services. All WorldPay email correspondence includes an unsubscribe option.
