"A good-looking shoe, which I hope will wear as well as the previous Remonte ones that I've ordered from you. I'm slightly disappointed, however, because the zip is noticeably shorter than on the previous pair. I had hoped that I was replacing like for like, because the style suited me so well; but although the shoes looked the same on your website, the zip on the new ones is only 8cm, whereas on my old ones the zip is 10.5cm. That may not seem much of a difference, but in fact it is much easier to close the longer zip. I wonder why the makers changed a successful and (from my point of view) much-loved style . . .?"
